The Food Science contest challenges members to apply the science behind developing safe, high-quality food products. As you work with your team to develop food products, solve real-world industry challenges, and evaluate food safety practices, you'll strengthen your problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on experience in food science, food safety, and product development while preparing for careers in the agriculture, food, and natural resources industries.
