POULTRY EVALUATION
Overview
The Poultry Evaluation contest challenges members to explore the science and production of poultry. As you evaluate eggs, live birds, and poultry products, you'll strengthen your observation, problem-solving, and technical skills. Along the way, you'll gain a deeper understanding of poultry production, food quality, and the poultry industry while preparing for careers in the agriculture, food, and natural resources industries.
