FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Michigan FFA Foundation Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization, utilizing the bylaws to guide actions. Per these bylaws, our board will have between nine and 21 directors, determined by the board itself. The board’s leadership team is the executive committee - a chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer.

While some boards are advisory – providing recommendations to management – this board is fiduciary. Board members have a responsibility to manage the organizations’ interests, bound by legal and ethical obligations.

We strive to build a well-respected board with diverse backgrounds, skillsets and perspectives; yet every member is passionate about advancing agricultural education and FFA.
