Each fall, the current Michigan FFA State Officer Team hosts an optional Potential State Officer Meeting for members considering running for state office.

The meeting provides an overview of the selection process, the responsibilities of serving, and opportunities to ask questions. Students may attend either in person or virtually, and parents, guardians, and advisors are encouraged to attend.
